Over the next few months, Love Croydon will be holding several competitions with the theme 'Love Croydon'. The five competitions will be judged in 3 age groups; 7-11, 12-17, 18 and over. In each competition there will be a winner and runner up prize for each age group. The full rules and details of how to enter the competition and the prizes available by clicking the links below. A brief description of each competition is as follows:

Short Story Competition:
A short story on the theme 'Love Croydon' of no more than 1,500 words. rules
Art Competition:
A drawing or painting on the theme 'Love Croydon' in any medium, no more than A3 size. rules
Short Film Competition:
A film on the theme 'Love Croydon' lasting no more than 4 minutes. rules
Rap Competition:
A rap on the theme 'Love Croydon' of no more than 500 words. rules
Poetry Competition:
A poem on the theme 'Love Croydon' not exceeding 40 lines. rules

All entries must be with the judges by the 31st of May 2008. The prizes will be awarded at the 'Love Croydon' Festival at the Fairfield Halls on the 14th of June 2008, where the winning entries will also be exhibited.
